Founder of IRISONORA, Rafael V. Alam brought together in this project great-and talented-friends that he met over a career of more than 20 years in the music industry.

He started as an intern in one of the largest rehearsal studios in Rio de Janeiro, where he met great names in Brazilian music and learned live sound from great technicians in the area. As a technician / producer in the Muzix Studio, owned by keyboardist Antonio Sartori, he produced electronic and experimental music, soundtracks for video mappings and museums in Brazil, Europe and the USA, in addition to having participated in bands and musical projects.
Since 2006 he has dedicated himself entirely to the production of soundtracks, doing audio post-production for advertising, TV and cinema, in addition to collaborating with great artists.

Today, Rafael V. Alam directs IRISONORA from Brazil, while the team works remotely in their home studios around the world. The long lasting friendship with everyone in the team enables Rafael to direct them from a distance - which maintained IRISONORA high quality standards even during the pandemic.
